Résumé
This task force meeting takes place among representatives from various European universities. S1 chairs the meeting, S2 and S11 are coordinators supporting the chair in administrative issues. All other speakers are participants of the meeting and also members of the task force. The speakers discuss legal and administrative preconditions for establishing joint university degrees. At the beginning, S1 prompts a short introductory round because some of the speakers have not met before, though the majority of speakers are acquainted with each other. After that, they exchange some thoughts on the legal situation in different countries. Then S5 gives an unscripted presentation (which is not transcribed in its entirety because it exceeds 10 minutes). During this presentation, S12, who is not present at the beginning, joins the meeting. After S5's presentation, the speakers start discussing the implications of the matrix S5 has presented and how to best use it. S1 gives a short overview of main points with the help of some transparencies. Then the discussion continues on various aspects relating to establishing joint degrees. S1 collects points that come up and takes notes on flip charts and a blackboard.
