Eine Umfrage über die Gewohnheiten und die Standpunkte der Jugendlichen über Schule und Arbeit hat somit eine Entwicklung zum Vorschein gebracht mit einer Zunahme des Schulbesuches für alle, einem Prozess der weiblichen Individuation und der männlichen Individualisation, der über ein differenziertes Verhältnis zu diesen zwei Institutionen läuft.
Young people and work in Bamako, a report on differenciation of genders. - In Mali, the traditional pattern of the division of tasks by which the man must work to support the family and the woman achieves social integration through marriage is affected by the development of urban practices and the economic crisis. A survey of young people opinions and experiences about school and work has thus underlined an evolution, linked to the increasing of schooling for all and a process of female individuation and male individualization, which shows a differentiated relation to these two institutions.
Au Mali le schéma traditionnel de la division des tâches, dans lequel l’homme doit pourvoir à l’entretien de sa famille par son travail et la femme s’insérer socialement par le mariage, est de plus en plus mis à mal par le développement de pratiques urbaines et par la crise économique. Une enquête sur les pratiques et les discours des jeunes sur l’école et le travail a ainsi permis de mettre en évidence une évolution, avec un développement de la scolarisation pour tous, un processus d’individuation féminine et d’individualisation masculine, qui passe par un rapport différencié à ces deux institutions.
Los jóvenes y el trabajo en Bamako, una relación diferenciada según el tipo. - En Malí el esquema tradicional de la repartición de las tareas, en el cual el hombre debe subvenir al mantenimiento de su familia mediante su trabajo y la mujer insertarse socialmente a través del matrimonio, se ve cada vez más derribado por el desarrollo de las técnicas urbanas y por la crisis económica. Una encuesta sobre las prácticas y los alegatos de los jóvenes acerca del trabajo y del colegio ha permitido así poner en evidencia una evolución, con un desarrollo de la escolarización para todos, un proceso de individuación femenina e individualización masculina, que pasa por una relación diferenciada con estas dos instituciones.
