Mobile territories for productive companies The size of a city is no longer a determining criterion for generating the highest economic values. The accelerating cycle of the production and use of goods requires a greater capacity for mental and cultural change on the part of organisations and individuals. The aggregation of skills on a territorial base that has an average population level and is liveable takes precedence over financial and technological superclusters whose supremacy is on the wane.

La taille des villes n'est plus un critère déterminant de la production des plus hautes valeurs économiques. L'accélération du cycle de production et d'usage des biens impose aux organisations comme aux individus une plus grande capacité de changement mental et culturel. L'agrégation de compétences sur une base territoriale de démographie moyenne, et vivable, prend rang face aux hyperconcentrations financières et technologiques en perte d'hégémonie.
