A new species of Blackburneus Schmidt, 1913, from the Afrotropical region (Coleoptera, Scarabaeoidea, Aphodiidae). A new species, Blackburneus improvisus n. sp., is described from the Afrotropical region (Gabon, Cameroon and Central African Republic).
