The fate of the grazed fallow of San Felipe and the destiny of this Indian community are presented only for their didactic virtues : all the evoked situations only aim to explore and encircle the problematic field associated with the patrimonial economy. The inheritance is defined in bond with its cognitive and institutional devices : it is perceived as a complex resource equipped with attributes of collective good. This prospect stresses the importance of logics of appropriation, in connection with the conflicts of use and especially for what touches configuration, increment or destruction of the patrimony. It thus invites to specify and relativize the weight of exclusion and, by there, to differently raise the question of the interactions between individual and collective actions. The step finally results in renewing the questionings on the market value of the patrimonial components like on the place of the consensus in the implementation of the patrimonial governance.

Le sort des jachères pâturées de San Felipe et le destin de cette communauté indienne ne valent ici que pour leurs vertus didactiques : toutes les situations évoquées ne visent qu’à explorer et cerner le champ problématique associé à l’économie patrimoniale. Le patrimoine est posé en lien avec ses dispositifs cognitifs et institutionnels : il est perçu en tant que ressource complexe dotée d’attributs de bien collectif Cette perspective souligne l’importance des logiques d’appropriation, à propos des conflits d’usage et surtout pour ce qui touche les dynamiques de configuration, d’incrémentation ou de déconstruction patrimoniales. Elle invite ainsi à préciser et relativiser le poids de l’exclusion et, par là, à poser différemment la question des interactions entre l’individuel et le collectif. La démarche conduit enfin à renouveler les questionnements sur la valorisation marchande des composants patrimoniaux ainsi que sur la place du consensus dans la mise en œuvre de la gouvernance patrimoniale.
