Georgraphers have a tendency to occult the role that their connection with the politic and their subjectivity play in the approach to their object. On the contrary, they should be interested in the subject, by using the resources of sociology and psychoanalysis. They would discover relationships of love and power, enabling them to understand better the social market of geography.

Les géographes tendent à occulter le rôle que leur rapport au politique et leur subjectivité jouent dans l'approche de leur objet. Il faudrait au contraire s'intéresser au sujet, en utilisant les ressources de la sociologie et de la psychanalyse. On découvrirait des relations d'amour et de pouvoir, permettant de mieux comprendre le marché social de la géographie.
