In diesem Artikel werden zuerst Fragen über die Entwicklung des Inhaltes der Arbeitsqualifikation, die parallel zur Einsetzung von numerisch gesteuerten Werkzeugmachinen laüft, aufgeworfen, und anschliessend werden einige Veränderungen in den interprofessionnellen Systemen vorgebracht, die sich heute parallel zu der Anwendung dieser neuen Technologien in den Unternehmen entwickeln. Dadurch versucht man zu beweisen, dass diese Wandlungen nicht nur als einfache Folge der Änderung des technischen Faktors zu analysieren sind. Sie stehen in Zusammenhang mit einem Lehrausbildungsprozess an welchem vor allem die Organisationsweisen, der Aufbau des Berufsbildes, und die Kennzeichen der ausführenden Teilhaber, die zugleich zu den Unternehmen und zu den macroökonomischen und sozialen Strukturen in welche diese Wandlung sich eingliedert gehören.

François Eyraud, New technology and search for a new method of professional regulation. After examining the changes in the composition of industrial skills accompanying the introduction of numerically-controlled machine tools, this article presents some changes in systems of professional relationships that are now appearing in companies simultaneously with the use of this new technology. It attempts to show that these changes cannot be analyzed simply as the result of modifications of the technical aspect, but that they are part of a learning process involving, in particular, methods of organization, the building up of professionalism, and the characteristics of the participants, peculiar at once to the company and to the macroeconomic and social structures within which it is situated.

Après s'être interrogé sur les transformations du contenu de la qualification ouvrière qui accompagne l'introduction des machines-outils à commande numérique, cet article présente quelques transformations dans les systèmes de relations professionnelles qui apparaissent aujourd'hui dans l'entreprise parallèlement à l'utilisation de ces nouvelles technologies. Il veut montrer que ces changements ne peuvent être analysés comme le simple résultat de la modification du facteur technique. Ils s'inscrivent dans un processus d'apprentissage faisant intervenir, en particulier, les modes d'organisation, de construction de la professionnalité et les caractéristiques des acteurs propres à la fois à l'entreprise et aux structures macro-économiques et sociales dans lesquelles elle s'insère.
