Die Wiederherstellung der Fonds, die nach einem oder mehreren zeitgenössischen Ordnungsschemata gebildet sind, und die Form der dem Inhalt und der Art der Bäade entsprechenden Beschreibung werden hier definiert, darliberhinaus auch die Probleme, die mit den verständlichen Vorbehalten des Besitzers hinsichtlich der Benutzung verschiedener Teile zusammenhängen.
=Private records : an essay of methodology. The work involved in arranging and inventorying the fifty tons of records of the Royal House of France (Bourbon-Orléans dynasty), grouping 4869 bundles and boxes of various periods, interest and shape, have provided an opportunity to study the questions relating to the specific methodology of the processing of private records. Material problems of the make-up of documents, difficult questions of selection and disposal, rules for the arrangement of the various sections, especially the numerous files of correspondance of the 19 th. and 20 th. centuries which contain as well reports on political and diplomatie matters as trivial exchanges of courtesies, are studied and specified. The restructuration of fonds which have undergone one or several defective arrangements in the past, the choice of the type of finding aid to make according to the nature and historical value of the documents, are clarified, as well as their corollary, i.e. the understandable reserves of the owners as to the communication of some of the fonds deposited in the Archives nationales.
Los archivos privados : ensayo de metodologia. El trabajo de clasificacion y inventorizaciôn de las cincuenta toneladas de archivos de la Real Casa de Francia (Casa de Bourbon-Orléans), que comprenden 4.869 legajos y cajas de varios periodos, intereses y tamanos, han permitido de profundizar los pro-blemas de la metodologia especifica para el tratamiento de los archivos privados. Los problemas materiales de embalaje, el delicato asunto de la selecciôn y de la eliminacion, las normas de clasificacion de las diversas secciones, especialmente en los numerosos legajos de correspondencia de siglos 19 y 20 que contienen a la vez informes sobre materias politicas y diplomâticas y triviales cartas de cortesia, son estudiados y aclarecidos. La reestructuraciôn de los fondos que han sido submetidos a uno o mas trabajos de clasificacion defectuosos en el pasado, la eleccion del tipo de repertorio o inven-tario segun el bulto, la naturaleza y el valor histôrico de los documentos, han sido definidos, junto con su corolario, es decir el problema planteado por las reservas fundadas de los proprietarios relativo a la comunicaciôn de algunos fondos depositados en el Archivo nacional.
