La voz de la juventud. Prensa universitaria del SEU en el franquismo

This article analises the different periods and évolution of the student's press in the francoist regime, since the end of the civil war up to 1965. These publications were under the economic and political control save for some exceptions of the SEU ; the compulsory students' union, a section of the Spanish single party Falange Española y de las JONS. This publication gave a voice to the political position of the SEU but was as well the best instance of the political, generational, literary and artistic evolution of Spanish university youth under Franco. This press is a significant element in order to understand the political divorce of university people from the francoist System, thanks to their open particular character which contrasts with the harsh censorship in the general press.

Le présent article fait le point sur les différentes étapes et l'évolution de la presse universitaire pendant le régime franquiste, entre la fin de la guerre civile et 1965. Ces publications étaient sous la dépendance économique et politique du Sindicato Español Universitario (SEU), le syndicat d'étudiants « falangiste » auquel l'adhésion était obligatoire pour tous les universitaires. Cette presse était le moyen d'expression du SEU, mais elle était aussi un excellent exemple de l'évolution de la jeunesse sous le régime pour plusieurs raisons : croyances politiques, attitude générationnelle, goûts littéraires et artistiques. . . Les magazines et les journaux du SEU sont un élément important pour comprendre la séparation et la rupture des universitaires avec le système par leur caractère ouvert et singulier face à la dureté de la censure dans la presse d'information générale.

El artículo estudia las distintas etapas y evolución de la prensa universitaria en el régimen franquista, desde el fin de la guerra civil hasta 1965. Estas publicaciones tienen en común - salvo contadas excepciones - su dependencia económica y política del Sindicato Español Universitario (SEU), el sindicato estudiantil de carácter falangista, obligatorio para todos los universitarios. Esta prensa, además de ser el canal político de expresión del SEU es una espléndida muestra de la evolución de la juventud a lo largo del franquismo en muchos aspectos : creencias políticas, actitud generacional, gustos literarios y artísticos, siendo un elemento muy importante para comprender el proceso de alejamiento de los universitarios del sistema dado su carácter abierto en comparación con la rigidez de la censura de esos años.
