Management and reinvestment among Tunisian shopkeepers in Paris. The recruiting within the same ethnic group and the formation of partnerships to purchase new shops through a strong community's solidarity allow commercial groups to integrate an increasing number of their members into the commercial system. The continual reinvestment of the profits derived from the first shop to found new ones, facilitates the development of the system. This allows better integration of group's members into the commercial network.

Le recrutement au sein du même groupe ethnique et la formation d'associations pour l'acquisition de nouveaux établissements de commerce, grâce à une puissante solidarité communautaire, permet aux groupes commerçants tunisiens d'intégrer un nombre toujours plus grand de leurs membres dans l'appareil commerçant. L'extension de celui-ci est encore facilitée par le réinvestissement continu des bénéfices dégagés par les établissements d'origine pour la création de nouveaux magasins, ce qui permet une meilleure intégration des membres du groupe à l'appareil commerçant.
