Claudine Herzlich: From the organic System to social norm: practitioners in a « Balint-Group ». After a two years' observation of the functioning of a « Balint-Group », Claudine Herzlich deals with the problem of social norm which the practitioner, owing to his position as an expert, authorizes or not to infringe, (the power of the practitioner becoming here power to authorize) and demonstrates its articulation with the notion of pleasure. Beyond the specificities of a therapeutic relation which poses the problem of the future evolution of that type of practices, this survey proves there is no unique and monolithic medical discourse, and shows how much medicine is open to trends of influence and changes of values in whole society.

Claudine Herzlich : Du système organique à la norme sociale : des médecins dans un « Groupe Balint ». À partir de l'observation, poursuivie au cours de deux années, du fonctionnement d'un « Groupe-Balint », Claudine Herzlich aborde le problème de la norme sociale que, par sa position d'expert, le médecin autorise ou non à enfreindre (le pouvoir du médecin devenant ici pouvoir d'autoriser) et met en évidence son articulation avec la notion de plaisir. Au-delà des spécificités d'une relation thérapeutique qui pose le problème de l'évolution future de ce type de pratiques, cette étude fait apparaître qu'il n'y a pas de discours médical unique et monolithique, et montre à quel point la médecine est ouverte aux courants d'influence et aux changements de valeurs dans la société globale.
