Ce texte veut démontrer l’importance de prendre en considération les multiples chocs des éthiques concernées par l’application de normes et mécanismes internationaux, tels que le code mondial antidopage et l’Agence mondiale antidopage. L’accent est mis sur l’observation de l’interaction entre l’éthique sportive proposée, l’éthique publique existante et l’éthique individuelle, et des conséquences potentielles de cette dynamique. L’article souhaite ramener la réflexion sur ces importantes relations en marge du courant actuel de globalisation et d’harmonisation des pratiques au sein de la sphère sportive.

This article wishes to highlight the importance of acknowledging the existence of multiple ethics clashes through the application of new international rules, procedures, and mechanisms, such as the World Anti-Doping Code and the World Anti-Doping Agency. The discussion is initiated by helping to understand the sport phenomenon and its ethics. Afterwards, the emphasis is put on the observation of the ongoing interactions and consequences between a proposed sport ethics, existing public ethics, and individual ethics. This discussion wants to initiate thinking on those important links within the actual trend of globalization and harmonization of sport practices.
