Simon Brooks is an independent academic and an author and a journalist, currently associated with the Morgan Academy, a research based think tank at the University of Swansea. This book was originally published in Welsh: Pam na fu Cymru – Methiant Cenedlaetholdeb Cymru, (Cardiff, UWP) in 2015 following his keynote lecture at the Llanelli National Eisteddfod, the previous year, in 2014.
