Emmanuel Grimaud et al., « Futurological vertigo », Terrain, ID : 10.4000/terrain.26445
Following a critical review of the history of futurology as a discipline, this text suggests a number of research avenues for approaching speculative activity in general and the anticipatory work of futurologists in particular. It calls for the creation of a science of vertigo, or vertigology, and examines the most common ways of projecting oneself into a dizzying future, from the end of humanity to the change of scale.
