Résumé
. Uses of the subjunctive in Italian and French in a corpus ofcomics and graphic novels. We propose the study of the uses of the subjunctive inItalian and French and the alternative solutions in each of the two languages onthe basis of a corpus of 18 comics and graphic novels (9 originals and theirtranslation) published from 1997 to 2017. 49,7% of the 227 items obtainedcorrespond to the use of the subjunctive in Italian and alternative solutions inFrench; 29% to the use of the subjunctive in both languages; 21% to the use ofthe subjunctive in French and alternative solutions in Italian. We describe theprofile of the uses, the syntactic context and the type of semantics involved. Ourobjective is to determine the systemic coherence of these uses and to producean inventory of the use of the subjunctive in the French and Italian neostandards,as close as possible to the current use of the two languages, for thefirst two decades of the 21st century.
