The study focuses on the formal characteristics of SNCF user tweets relating to the information they receive during a disrupted situation. The observation corpus targets the modes of referral to traveler information and the materiality of tweets as a vector of expressiveness. The article presents the main stages of the project and explores the means of expression that reflect the assessment of the consistency of the information and the expectations shared by travelers in the event of an incident.

L’étude porte sur les caractéristiques formelles des tweets d’usagers de la SNCF ayant trait à l’information qui leur a été communiquée lors de situation perturbée. Le corpus d’observation cible les modes de renvois à l’information voyageur et la matérialité des tweets comme vecteur d’expressivité. L’article restitue les grandes étapes du projet et explore les moyens d’expression rendant compte de l’appréciation de la cohérence de l’information et des attentes partagées par les voyageurs en situation d’incident.
