Résumé 0

The unexpected situation of the pandemic due to COVID-19 forced all training to be immediately switched to distance learning (EAD) in order to ensure educational continuity in French universities on Saturday March 14, 2020. Due to a lack of institutional tools adapted to the At the start of the first confinement, teachers had to quickly find technical solutions in the absence of face-to-face teaching and then turned to digital social networks and exchange platforms such as Discord, Teams, Zoom, Pronote, Google Drive/Meet, etc... Then these tools came into conflict with tools prescribed by the institution: BBB via Moodle, DigitalUni, Webex, etc. To better understand the choices made by teachers and students and observe the tensions and adaptations around successive appropriations, we sent them two questionnaires designed to reflect their views. The corpus chosen is that of teachers and students from the Faculty of Physics and Engineering of the University of Strasbourg. The analysis of usage intentions allows us to address the question of coordinated use of these tools and to provide avenues for improvement in this regard.
