Découpage de l’espace et normes de comportement chez les Kazakhs

Cet article analyse la présentation spatiale des kazakhes en relation avec des normes légales communes. L’auteur identifie sept éléments de la structure spatiale et démontre les changements des normes juridiques en fonction des lieux où surviennent les « évènements » : dans la yourte, devant la yourte, autour de la yourte, au sein de l’aoul, autour de l’aoul, sur le pâturage et dans la steppe inhabitée. Cet article expose ensuite le fonctionnement de cette tradition dans la vie politique du Kazakhstan moderne.

This article explores the spatial presentation of Kazakh people in relation with common legal standards. The author identifies seven elements of the spatial structure and demonstrates the changes of the legal standards according to the place, where the “events” take place : in the yurt, in front of the yurt, around the yurt, inside the aul, around the aul, on the pasture and in the uninhabited steppe. This article further demonstrates how this tradition functions within the political life of modern Kazakhstan.

В статье изучается пространственное представление казахов в его взаимосвязи с обычноправовыми нормами. Автор выявляет семь элементов пространственной структуры и показывает изменение юридических норм в завивимости от места «события» : в юрте, перед входом в юрту, вокруг юрты, внутри аула, вокруг аула, на пастбище и в необитаемой степи. Показывается, как эта традиция функционирует в политической жизни соверменного Казахстана.
