The internship in a hospital environment is a necessary step for the professionalization of students in training institutes for careers to take place. The thesis exposes the human relationships that are formed between patients with disabilities and trainees who follow a course in massokinesitherapy and nursing. Meetings with disabled patients will allow trainees to learn their trade. To explore this theme, we will question throughout the thesis, the notions of environment, experience, clinical object to be shared and ecological action scheme. We will present six internship cases, five related to the profession of physiotherapist and one related to the profession of nurse. We will analyze them with the help of a tool, the International Classification of Disability Functioning and Health. We will articulate our analysis on the basis of the professional situation traversed by the rehabilitation and professionalization processes and linked to an exploration survey situation. We will introduce three experiential horizons, that of learning, that of care and that of donations, a transactional space carried by the clinical object to be shared, as well as a schema of exploration investigation and its embodied experience cycle located and this, in order to offer a synthetic view of the trainee's experience. We will find that trainees are able to identify a person's state of functioning and disability and to provide care that is both sensitive and rational by making experiential reductions. Le stage en milieu hospitalier est un passage obligé pour que la professionnalisation des étudiants en instituts de formation aux métiers du soin, puisse s’opérer. La thèse expose les rapports humains qui se nouent entre les patients en situation de handicap et les stagiaires qui suivent un cursus en massokinésithérapie et en soins infirmiers. Les rencontres avec le patient en situation de handicap permettront aux stagiaires d’apprendre leur métier. Pour creuser cette thématique, nous questionnerons tout au long de la thèse, les notions de milieu, d’expérienciation, d’objet du soin, d’objet clinique à partager, de schème d’enquête exploration. Nous présenterons six cas de mise en stage, cinq en rapport avec le métier de masseur-kinésithérapeute et un en lien avec le métier d’infirmier. Nous les analyserons avec l’aide d’un outil, la classification internationale du fonctionnement du handicap et de la santé. Nous articulerons notre analyse à partir de la situation professionnelle traversée par les processus de réhabilitation et de professionnalisation et reliée à une situation d’enquête exploration. Nous introduirons trois horizons expérientiels, celui des apprentissages, celui des soins et celui des donations, un espace transactionnel porté par l’objet clinique à partager, ainsi qu’un schème d’enquête exploration et son cycle d’expérienciation incarné situé et ce, afin de proposer une vue synthétique de l’expérienciation du stagiaire. Nous découvrirons que les stagiaires sont en mesure d’identifier l’état de fonctionnement et de handicap d’une personne et de prodiguer des soins à la fois empreint de sensibilité et de rationalité en réalisant des réductions expérientielles. Nous n’aurons pas quitté tout au long de ce parcours de recherche, la didactique professionnelle, nous utiliserons ses outils que sont le schème d’action et ses composants.
