En appui sur le choix d’Henri Wallon de dénommer son laboratoire « laboratoire de psychobiologie de l’enfant », l’objectif est d’analyser les grands invariants structurant une œuvre partie de l’étude de la pathologie pour aboutir à une notion vivante, sociale et humaine du normal. Pour définir la psychologie comme science de l’humain, le concept de matérialisme dialectique est mobilisé pour appréhender toute conduite comme un tout à l’articulation du biologique et du social.

As Henri Wallon choiced to name his lab «Child psychobiology Laboratory», the aim here is to analyze the great invariants structuring a work that began with the study of Pathology to lead to a living, social and human notion of the Normal. To define Psychology as science of the Human, the concept of dialectical materialism is mobilized to apprehend any action as a whole articulating biological and social being.
