"Abnormally-associated movements are one of the most commonly observablesigns after capsular infarction. Various studies have related these associated movementsto a bilateral activation of motor cortices. This activation has been previously detectedby means of Movement-related potentials in several pathologies. Our results show NSand MP components bilaterally distributed over the scalp. Thus, this technique could beuseful in order to elucidate patterns of functional reorganization after capsular stroke."
