Cet article s’intéresse au cas clinique d’un adolescent de 16 ans, incarcéré dans un quartier pour mineurs d’une maison d’arrêt, pour homicide volontaire. Il explore le crime à l’adolescence, chez un sujet ne présentant pas de pathologie psychiatrique, ni d’antécédent judiciaire et interroge le passage à l’acte au cœur du processus adolescent. L’hypothèse principale de ce texte propose de lire le crime à l’adolescence comme l’expression d’un acte qui viserait, par la contrainte du corps de l’autre, à éprouver la limite du corps propre, et à réinvestir ce corps en s’excitant par l’objet. Le sujet agressé ne serait donc plus simple objet de décharge pulsionnelle, bien au contraire. L’article décrit un cas clinique, Loïc, suivi sur le plan psychothérapeutique dès le début de son incarcération et pendant plusieurs mois. Il est le fruit d’un travail d’analyse tant clinique que bibliographique, pour éclairer les enjeux latents du crime à l’adolescence.

The murder during adolescence. Status of the object and regulation of the excitement : Considerations from a clinical caseThis study is based on the clinical case of a 16 year-old teenager, inprisoned in a section for people under 18, for voluntary manslaughter. The research treats specifically of crime perpetrated during adolescence, by someone who does not seem to show any psychatric pathology nor criminal record, and questions the acting out together with the adolescent processs. The main hypothesis of this text is to interpret teenage crimes (specifically crimes perpetrated by a teenager who does not show any psychiatric pathology) as the expression of an act of compulsion. This act of compulsion would aim to use/attack someone else’s body in order for the teenager to test the limits of his/her own body ; this would serve to claim ownership of his/her body by using another body as a stimulus. The article is a clinical case, Loic’s, treated psychologically since the beginning of his imprisonment and during several months. It is the result of an analysis both clinical and bibliographical, and the article aims at clarifying the latent issues.
