De 1769 à 1788, les comptes rendus des séances de l'Académie ont paru dans les Mémoires de l'Académie impériale et royale des sciences et belles-lettres de Bruxelles. En 1832, la compagnie créa pour rendre compte de ses travaux des Bulletins. De 1832 à 1834, leur contenu était aussi publié dans les Nouveaux mémoires de l'Académie royale des sciences et belles-lettres de Bruxelles, sous le titre Bulletin des séances. Devenu Bulletin de l'Académie royale des sciences, des lettres et des beaux-arts de Belgique en 1832, la revue fut scindée en 1899 entre un Bulletin de la Classe des lettres et des sciences morales et politiques et de la Classe des beaux-arts et un Bulletin de la Classe des sciences. Un Bulletin séparé pour la Classe des arts fut créé en 1919. En 2017, la classe des lettres et des sciences morales et politiques a pris la décision de transformer sa revue en lui donnant l'aspect d'un média numérique en accès ouvert. La Thérésienne. Revue de l'Académie royale de Belgique se compose de deux livraisons par an : un numéro de varia, alimenté principalement par les lectures des membres, comme c'était le cas pour le Bulletin de la Classe et un numéro thématique encadré par le comité de direction et animé, le cas échéant par un coordinateur scientifique (guest editor) ; ce second numéro pourra également être constitué par les actes d'un colloque de l'Académie et de son Collège Belgique.
