  • As the official journal of the professional body, LIASA (Library and Information Association of South Africa), the South African Journal of Library and Information Science (SAJLIS) is aimed at serving and reflecting the interests of the LIS community across the spectrum of its wide–ranging activities and research. It contributes to the development of the profession, carries the responsibility of bringing together LIS research and professional practice towards the development of the country as well as the growth of scholars and scholarship in general.
