Η χρονολογική έρευνα και η εξέταση του λίθου οδηγούν στην αποκατάσταση, πάνω από το απόσπασμα κειμένου αμφικτιονικής πράξης που μνημόνευα τον Αντίοχο Γ' και τη Λαοδίκη και δημοσιεύτηκε το 1954 από τον P. M. Fraser στο BCH, ενός καταλόγου ιερομνημόνων επί άρχοντος Φιλαιτώλου στους Δελφούς (201/0), καθώς και ορισμένων εχνακών διατάξεων. Με τη συμπλήρωση αυτή, ακόμη και αν το ακριβές αντικείμενο του περιεχομένου της παραμένει άγνωστο, η επιγραφή αποκαλύπτει τις επαφές που αναπτύχθηκαν μεταξύ του Σελευκίδη βασιλιά και των Αιτωλών, σε μια περίοδο κρίσιμη και πρόσφορη για επανασυστάσεις συμμαχιών (μυστική συνθήκη συμμαχίας με τον Φίλιππο ΕΟ.

Chronological research and an examination of the stone make it possible to restore at the beginning of what remains of an Amphictionic act mentioning Antiochus III and Laodice, published in 1954 by P. M. Fraser in BCH, the list of hieromnemones in the archonship of Philaetolos at Delphi (201/0) and of certain technical provisions. Thus restored, although its précise purpose remains unknown, this document reveals the contacts formed between the Seleucids and the Aeolians at a crucial period which was propitious for the refashioning of alliances (secret pact with Philip V).

Enquête chronologique et examen de la pierre conduisent à rétablir en tête d'un débris d'acte amphictionique mentionnant Antiochos III et Laodice, publié en 1954 par P. M. Fraser dans le BCH, la liste des hiéromnémons de l'archontat de Philaitôlos à Delphes (201/0), et certaines dispositions techniques. Ainsi complété, et même si son objet exact reste inconnu, ce document révèle les contacts noués entre le Séleucide et les Étoliens, dans une période cruciale et propice aux recompositions d'alliance (pacte secret avec Philippe V).
