Abstract
: The application of article 19 (of EEC Regulation 797/85) in the Regional Natural Park of the Vercors (France). Another bonus or the premise for a new policy ? The article 1 9th of the E.C reglementation numbered 797/85 is applied in the Parc Naturel Régional du Vercors (France) since april 1991. This article concerns financial helps to farmers who would change their practices in order to respect environment. This paper presents the application of this article in Vercors and its social, economical and technological implications.
