Digitale generation und neue wirtschaft Dieser Artikel beschäftigt sich mit der beruflichen und sozialen Integration der digitalen Generation, das heisst die Jugendlichen, die, als EDV Fans, ihr Studium in den Bereichen der «neuen Wirtschaft» ausgerichtet haben und zwar Multimedia, EDV und Biotechnologie. Auf der Basis einer online Befragung und der Berichte von Integrationserfahrungen versucht die dargestellte Analyse zu erfahren, ob ihre Integration im Unternehmen und in der Gesellschaft unter dem Motto "Internet Kultur" erfolgt, das sich in der neuen Wirtschaft behauptet hat und wobei vier Eigenschaften den Schlussstein bilden : Flexibilität, offene Einstellung, Innovation und sofortige Umsetzung.

The net generation and new economy This article aims to draw the professional and social integration of the Net generation, i. e. young people who, keen on data processing, have oriented their studies on fields in phase with the " new economy" to which testify the multimedia, data processing and biotechnology. On the basis of an online survey and accounts of integration, the present analysis seeks to know if their integration in companies and in the society is established under the sign of the " Internet culture " in use in the new economy whose four qualities represent the keystone : flexibility, open-mind, innovation and immediacy.

Generación numérica y nueva economía Este artículo se esfuerza en describir la inserción profesional y social de la generación numérica, es decir de los jóvenes que, apasionados de informática, han centrado sus estudios en los dominios en armonía con la «nueva V. O. economía» atestiguados por las multimedia, la informática y la biotecnología. Basándose en un sondeo en línea y en unos relatos de inserción, el análisis expuesto intenta saber si su integración en empresa y en la sociedad se establece bajo el signo de la «cultura Internet» en vigor en la economía nueva y cuyas cuatro cualidades representan la piedra angular : flexibilidad, mente abierta, innovación e inmediatez.
