. - Since a long time, flood and water management has been essentially turn onto a fight against hazard and water pollution. Now, these technical measurements are complemented by tools to prevent and control occupation of the territory and the society vulnerability (PPR and SAGE for examples). In another way, the public institutions want to associate in this territory project all the private and public actors of the local scene of risk. In that way, how floods and water management could be appropriate by all the actors, through the catchment governance ? actors of the local scene of risk. . - La gestion du risque inondation et la gestion de l'eau a été pendant longtemps orientée essentiellement sur la lutte contre l'aléa ou la pollution des eaux. Ces mesures techniques sont désormais complétées par une démarche plus préventive de régulation afin de réglementer l'occupation du sol et de maîtriser la vulnérabilité et l'exposition des sociétés aux risques hydrologiques (PPR et SAGE par exemple). D'autre part, les institutions publiques souhaitent associer dans ces démarches l'ensemble des acteurs de la scène locale du risque. Dans cette perspective, comment la gestion des risques et de l'eau peut- elle être appropriée par tous les acteurs à travers un processus de gouvernance ?
