This article offers the readings and translations of the inscriptions engraved on the doorjambs of Po Klaong Girai, one of the temples most emblematic of the former greatness of Campā, founded during the reign of Jaya Siṅhavarman, prince Harijit (late 13th to early 14th century). The article also presents the similar inscriptions from two contemporary temples. These inscriptions in vernacular language are not of narrative nature but are composed of lists of fields that and names of people who were donated to be at the disposal of the royal foundations. Having in large part remained unpublished so far, these inscriptions reflect a period of relative prosperity in the history of Campā. They are witnesses to the local geographies in which the temples were situated and to the various forms of human intervention in these landscapes.
