Abstract
The study of the merovingian necropolis at Epône, which was discovered in 1973, makes the other sources of data about the western of the parisian area at this time complete. But the anthropological study shows variations which sometimes is significant among the morphological features of these populations and discloses that a parallel among some merovingian groups in the Yvelines and in the Oise and those from Boulonnais can be set up.
