Mobility of Doctors in France : from their Training Place to that of their Practise. Migratory flows of doctors are uncommon in France because of the well-known attachment of physicians to the faculty where they have studied. However this mobility reveals geographical disparities in the behaviours of French physicians, mainly between the north/north-east part and the south of the country. These disparities appear by analysing (through a new methodological approach of migrations and of their modelling), a matrix crossing training and practise places of 170 000 French doctors.
