Die Vielfalt der Abschlüsse ist gerechtfertigt durch die Existenz einer ebenso großen Vielfalt entsprechender Tätigkeiten. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die sach- und fachgerechte Bewertung dieser Beziehung ungenau. Im nachfolgenden Text werden Indikatoren vorgestellt und angewendet, die die Vielfalt der Verbindungen aufzeigen und näher kennzeichnen, die zwischen Fachausbildung und Berufsfamilien bestehen und die für BEP-Absolventen in den ersten Jahren ihres Erwerbslebens maßgeblich sind. Auf diese Weise wird die Beziehungsproblematik zwischen Ausbildung-Beschäftigung, die in den letzten Jahren ins Stocken geriet, erneut aufgegriffen.

The diversification of specialized training diplomas has been justified by the fact that the corresponding jobs actually exist. The links between the two have not yet been properly analysed, however. In this paper, several indicators are proposed and applied, which enable the authors to point out and describe the various links which are set up between specialized training and the corresponding occupational categories during the first few years in the active Lives of young BEP-holders. In so doing, they revive a longstanding debate about the relationship between training and employment on which few new ideas have emerged over recent years.

La diversification des diplômes en spécialités de formation est justifiée par l'existence d'emplois y correspondant. Toutefois, l'évaluation de ce lien est imprécise. Le texte qui suit propose et applique un certain nombre d'indicateurs permettant de faire apparaître et de caractériser la diversité des connexions s'établissant entre spécialité de formation et familles professionnelles au cours des premières années de vie active des élèves sortant de BEP. Il reprend ainsi une problématique de la relation formation-emploi par rapport à laquelle les réflexions avaient peu évolué au cours de ces dernières années.
