Einfluss des regionalen Kontextes auf die berufliche Eingliederung Jugendlicher. Die beruflichen Laufbahnen der Absolventen der Sekundarstufe verlaufen auf unterschiedlich funktionierenden lokalen Arbeitsmärkten. Dabei übt der lokale Kontext einen doppelten Einfluss aus. Zum einen, einen direkten Einfluss : Je nach AusbildungsRegion gestaltet sich der Eingliederungsprozess für die Jugendlichen in Bezug auf Arbeitsmarktlage, sozio-demographisches Umfeld und Ausbildungsan- gebot mehr oder weniger günstig. Zum anderen einen indirekten Einfluss, der sich auf die individuellen Determinanten der Eingliederung auswirkt. So werden Kriterien wie Geschlecht, Ausbildungsniveau und schulische Laufbahn in den einzelnen Regionen unterschiedlich bewertet. Ist die wirtschaftliche Situation einer Region gerade besonders heikel, dann kommt den offensichtlichen Kriterien wie Geschlecht oder Ausbildungsniveau ein größeres Gewicht zu. Wenn sich, im Gegenteil, die wirtschaftliche Lage gebessert hat, dann wird mehr Wert auf individuelle und feinere Kriterien gelegt, wie z.B. solche, die mit den schulischen Laufbahnen zusammenhängen. The effects of the regional context on youth transition to work. The professional paths of young secondary school leavers depend on the local labour markets, which do not all function in the same way. The effects of the local context are two-fold. First there are the direct effects : whether or not young people's integration pathways take a favourable course depends not only on the region in which they underwent their vocational training, but also on the labour market situation, the sociodemographic environment and the structure of the training supply. There are also some indirect effects weighing on the individual transition to work factors : the effects of gender, the level of training reached and the educational background are not identical from one region to another. When the economic situation is particularly arduous in a given region, the most visible individual factors such as gender and the most obvious factors such as the level of vocational training weigh more heavily. Under more favourable regional conditions, however, more discrete individual attributes such as details of the educational background have stronger effects on young people's access to employment. Les trajectoires professionnelles des jeunes sortis de l'enseignement secondaire se construisent sur des marchés locaux du travail aux fonctionnements différenciés. L'influence du contexte local présente une double origine. Elle est directe : selon leur région de formation, les jeunes connaissent en moyenne des parcours d'insertion plus ou moins favorables, en fonction de la situation du marché du travail, de l'environnement sociodémographique et de la structure de l'offre de formation. L'influence est également indirecte, pesant sur les déterminants individuels de l'insertion. Ainsi, les effets du sexe, du niveau de formation et du parcours scolaire ne sont pas identiques d'une région à une autre. Lorsque la situation économique de la région est particulièrement délicate, le poids des caractéristiques individuelles les plus visibles comme le sexe ou les plus évidentes comme le niveau de formation, est accru.
