Zusammenfassung. In diesem Artikel wird unter Berücksichtigung der neuesten Erkenntnisse eine Bilanz des aktuellen Wissensstandes über die Bodennutzung um Lattara von der älteren Eisenzeit bis zur römischen Periode gezogen. Die immer zahlreicheren Rettungsgrabungen liefern nämlich eine Fülle neuer Informationen, namentlich über die Strukturierung der Landschaft und ihrer Nutzung. So erweist sich, dass die Organisation des Territoriums in ihren großen Linien lange vor der römischen Eroberung festgelegt ist. Insbesondere die Anordnung der Gräber der älteren Eisenzeit bestätigt das hohe Alter des Straßennetzes.

. This article is a review about land occupation around Lattara from the Early Iron age to the end of the Roman period, which integrates the new evidence. The multiplication of rescue excavations brings new informations, especially about landscape organization and land exploitation. It appears that the main lines of the organization of territory are laid before the Roman conquest. The early datation of the road system is confirmed by the implantation of Early Iron age burials.

. Cet article propose de faire le point sur l’occupation des sols autour de Lattara, depuis le premier âge du Fer jusqu’à la fin de la période romaine, en intégrant les données récemment acquises. La multiplication des opérations d’archéologie préventive apporte en effet des informations nouvelles, notamment en ce qui concerne la structuration du paysage et son exploitation. Il apparaît ainsi que les grandes lignes de l’organisation du territoire sont mises en place bien avant la conquête romaine. L’implantation des tombes du premier âge du Fer, en particulier, confirme la datation ancienne du réseau viaire.
