Résumé En

Mobile letters and syllabes. A complement to reading Ferdinand de Saussure's anagrams. Saussure detected, through phonic analysis, the dissemination of the sound substance of words throughout a considerable number of Latin, Greek, and neo- Latin texts, to the point of seeing in this phenomena a «professional secret ». If generalisation is unjustifiable, yet this observation is corroborated not only in neo Latin poetry but also in vernacular, and more recent, works.
