As for Vendôme, a bipolar town (with an ancient part, another inherited from the seventies) but cut by rail tracks doubled with industrial area, the authors propose several approaches of urbanization. The plan bends to realize a larger Vendôme strightly combining (as for road networks and the distribution of various equipments) the present urban center with villages and outlying districts.

Pour Vendôme, ville bipolaire (l'une ancienne, l'autre héritée des années 70) mais coupée par des voies ferrées doublées d'une zone industrielle, les auteurs proposent diverses approches d'urbanisation. Le projet tend à la réalisation d'un Grand Vendôme associant étroitement (quant aux réseaux routiers et à la répartition des équipements) l'actuel centre-ville et les quartiers et bourgs périphériques.
