Léonard Moreau, Country Doctor and « propharmacien » in Limousin in the Beginning of the 19th Century. The unexpected discovery of an account book as well as some recorded documents has enabled the author to reconstitute the professional life of a doctor entitled to supply pharmaceutical products. By studying these different elements, one can imagine his activities in the poor and rough country of the Limousin, and have a better knowledge of pharmaceutical practice at the beginning of the 19th century in this region situated in the center of France.
