This file wouldn't have properly accomplished its task if it hadn't asked the public institutions to answer the question on knowing how the relationship between Arts and Sciences are organized or can be organized on a governmental scale. We have therefore asked the new public institution Universcience to present itself to our readers, and show them the main lines of its actions.

Ce dossier n'aurait pas accompli correctement sa tâche s'il n'avait demandé à des institutions publiques de répondre à la question de savoir comment s'organise ou peuvent s'organiser les rapports entre Arts et Sciences à l'échelle de l'Etat. Nous avons donc demandé au nouvel établissement public Universcience de se présenter à nos lecteurs, et de leur indiquer les grandes lignes de son action.
