Pierre-Yves Néron, « Penser la justice climatique », Éthique publique, ID : 10.4000/ethiquepublique.937
This paper proposes an analysis of recent debates on the idea of “climate justice”, i.e. issues of distributive justice related to our attempts to deal with climate change. The aim of this paper is threefold. It strives to propose a set of conceptual distinctions that will help clarify the different sets of normative issues that must be dealt with by our theories, to shed light on the relatively neglected issue of the distribution of responsibilities, and to argue for a shift from environmental ethics to political philosophies of the environment and spaces.
