Jeremy Perelman, « L’enseignement du droit en action : l’émergence des cliniques juridiques en France », Presses universitaires de Caen, ID : 10.4000/12vgk
This paper seeks to examine the emergence of French legal clinics from a theoretical and historical perspective, and to synthesize and problematize the key features, challenges and underlying issues faced by the nascent French clinical movement. The analysis highlights the potential dichotomies between a variety of clinical visions and their practical implementation, as well as diverging visions about the over-arching goals of learning by doing, and it suggests the need for reflexivity and perhaps for pause in the current clinical momentum in France.
