Responsable : Çağlar Girit Recherche A Josephson tunnel junction is a superconducting quantum electronic device. It consists of two superconductors separated by a thin insulating barrier. A Josephson junction’s nonlinear properties allow using it as a sensitive spectrometer to probe the energy spectrum of other quantum “mesoscopic” devices in the range 1-200 GHz.
