IntroductionLe dépistage et la correction d’une carence martiale sont indispensables pour le traitement de l’anémie des patients hémodialysés chroniques. L’objectif de notre étude est d’évaluer la capacité du fer sérique à prédire la réponse de l’hémoglobine à une supplémentation martiale intraveineuse chez les patients hémodialysés. MéthodeIl s’agit d’une étude rétrospective, réalisée chez 91 patients hémodialysés, durant l’année 2016, au CHU de Clermont-Ferrand, pour lesquels une supplémentation martiale intraveineuse avait été débutée. Un patient répondeur a été défini par une augmentation de l’hémoglobine supérieure ou égale à 1 g/dL/mois et/ou une baisse de la dose d’agent stimulant l’érythropoïèse après deux mois de supplémentation martiale. RésultatsChez les patients répondeurs, le fer sérique était significativement plus bas (6,7 ± 2,7 μmol/L) par rapport aux patients non répondeurs (8,9 ± 2,9 μmol/L ; p
