Abstract
In a refugees camp, communication between aid operators and refugees remains a rather understudied field. New technologies are remodeling the stakes rooted in information concerning the response and the production of humanitarian knowledge, which reinforces the control over bodies and minds. At the same time, they are promoted as a tool to open up this enclosed space to the world.
