Changement climatique et ressources en eau au Kirghizstan

L'article étudie les scénarios du changement climatique jusqu'en 2100, dans le cadre du Programme des Nations unies pour le développement (PNUD), ainsi que l'évaluation du changement climatique depuis 1972, à partir des observations météorologiques. L'étude est basée sur les projections du changement climatique (température, précipitations, évaporation), les calculs et l'estimation des ressources hydriques et hydroélectriques dans le bassin intérieur du lac Issyk-Koul, ce bassin ayant pour caractéristique d'être endoréique et donc sensible à tous les facteurs climatiques et anthropiques et à leurs changements.

Climate Change and Water Resources in Kyrgyzstan (Example of the Inner Basin of Lake Issyk-Kul) The article deals with climate change scenarios for the period until 2100, in the framework of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as well as an assessment of climate change at the present stage (after 1972) according to meteorological observations. The study is based on projections of climate changes (temperature, precipitation, and evaporation), calculations and estimations of water and hydropower resources in the inner basin of Lake Issyk-Kul, given that this basin is endorheic and therefore sensitive to all climatic and anthropogenic factors and their changes.

Изменение климата и водные ресурсы Кыргызстана (на примере внутреннего Иссык-Кульского бассейна) В статье рассмотрены сценарии изменения климата на период до 2100 г., выполненные в рамках проекта ПРООН, а также дана оценка климатических изменений на современном этапе (после 1972г.) по данным метеорологических наблюдений. Опираясь на прогнозируемые изменения климата (температуры, осадков, испарения) выполнены расчеты и дана оценка водных и гидроэнергетических ресурсов рассматриваемого внутреннего бассейна озера Иссык-Куль, имеющего замкнутое внутригорное положение и чутко реагирующего на все климатические и антропогенные факторы и их изменения.
