Je tente ici de développer succinctement à travers un cas clinique, la dimension de l’imaginaire en psychanalyse, ainsi que les vicissitudes de l’image entre réalité intérieure et réalité extérieure. Mais quelle est la réalité même de l’image et du monde imaginaire ? La notion de monde interne chez Mélanie Klein nous permet ainsi de reprendre ce concept d’une manière dynamique à travers les mécanismes d’introjection et de projection patient - analyste dans le champ analytique.

Reality in the imagery I shortly tried to develop the dimension of the imagery in psychoanalysis as well as the image’s vicissitudes between internal and external reality through a clinical study. But what is the reality itself in the image and in the imaginary world ? Melanie Klein’s concept of internal world allows us then to reconsider it in a dynamic manner using interjection and projection mechanisms in the analytical field.
