There is a series of psycho-pathological assertions in the Freudian corpus, whose reference to mineralogy remains unexplored. Establishing parallels between those and the doctrine of the mineralogist Gustav Tschermak, a professor of Freud at the University, it is tried to provide a novel marker in the genealogy of psychoanalysis. The results arrive at the convenience of revisiting the stakes of this heritage in both the theory of the structures of personality by Bergeret and the theory of clinical structures by Lacan, but also at the convenience of grabbing the metapsychological slope of the Freudian notion of structure again.

Il y a dans le corpus freudien une suite de thèses psychopathologiques dont la référence à la minéralogie reste peu explorée. En établissant des parallèles entre ces thèses psychopathologiques et la doctrine du minéralogiste Gustav Tschermak, professeur de Freud à l'université, on abordera un repère inédit dans la généalogie de la psychanalyse. Ce travail aboutit à la nécessité de revisiter les enjeux de cet héritage dans la théorie des structures de la personnalité de Bergeret et dans la théorie des structures cliniques de Lacan, mais aussi de ressaisir le versant métapsychologique de la notion de structure chez Freud.
