Projects, outlookProxima Mobile is an industrial policy project whose genesis and development are described here. The objective was to support an ecosystem of mobile services. We start by a description of the different ways Proxima Mobiles services were designed for citizens, and follow with an analysis of the social, economic and industrial impact of mobile technologies and the role of the public sector as it adapts to the changing Internet.

Erfahrungen und Perspektiven„Proxima Mobile“, ein Projekt der industriellen Politik, dessen Ursprung und Erstellung hier vorgestellt werden, zielt darauf ab, die Systemumgebung der mobilen Dienste zu unterstützen. Die Beschreibung der Modalitäten der Erstellung des Dienstes „Proxima Mobile“ für die Bürger ist der Ausgangspunkt für eine Analyse der sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und industriellen Auswirkung der mobilen Technologien und der Rolle der öffentlichen Hand angesichts der Veränderungen des Internets.

Experiencias y perspectivasProxima Mobile, un proyecto político industrial cuya génesis y realización relatamos en este número, pretende ayudar al ecosistema de los servicios móviles. La descripción de las modalidades de creación de los servicios de “Proxima Mobile” para los ciudadanos es el punto de partida de un análisis de impacto social, económico e industrial de las tecnologías móviles y del papel de los actores públicos frente a las mutaciones de Internet.
