Abstract 0

How can we speak, in 2014, of the fiscal power of Parliament? It is a question worth asking today. Since 1958, the role of Parliament has greatly changed, either under economic and financial pressures (the deficit) or due to the evolution of the legal system under conventional or constitutional influence. But, in the end, this taxing role will be what members of Parliament want it to be.
