Abstract En

Paul Adler is currently the Harold Quinton Chair of Business Policy, and Professor of Management and Organization, Sociology, and Environmental Studies at the University of Southern California, USA. He served as President of the Academy of Management in 2013-14. Most recently he published a public-facing book that might seem incongruous for someone with this background–The 99 Percent Economy. Regis Martineau is currently Professor at the ICN Business School, Nancy, France. His work focuses on organization theory and management control, with a focus on the use of management tools and collective action. Here Prof. Martineau asks Prof. Adler some probing questions about his recent book.
