Cette chronique de législation sanitaire espagnole, qui porte sur les deux années 2017 et 2018, permet de faire le constat de l’incidence des changements de politique nationale dans le domaine de la santé. En effet, en juin 2018, le gouvernement du Parti Populaire (PP), présidé par Mariano Rajoy (2011-2018), a perdu la confiance du Parlement, et Pedro Sánchez, chef du Parti Socialiste, a été investi comme nouveau Président du Gouvernement espagnol.À son tour Mr. Sánchez, qui gouverne sans majorité, a dû faire face aux questions cruciales que pose la gestion du service national de santé sans mettre en place les réformes nécessaires.

This chronicle of Spanish health legislation, which covers the two years 2017 and 2018, makes it possible to note the impact of changes in national policy in the field of health.
